Lisäpalvelu Welding & Industry Oy is looking for skilled professionals for the manufacture of industrial process piping and pressure equipment, such as boilers and heat exchangers. We offer work opportunities throughout Finland, and are currently hiring for projects located in Leppävirta, Kangasniemi, South Kalelia and we have positions also all around Finland. Your Role: Your tasks will focus on the fabrication and welding of industrial piping systems and pressure equipment. You should have solid experience with MIG/MAG and TIG welding, and be able to read technical drawings and work independently with high quality standards. What Were Looking For: Youll succeed in this role if you have: * Proven experience in industrial welding and metalwork * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * A responsible and self-directed work ethic * Strong teamwork skills Nice to have (but not required): * Valid Occupational Safety and Hot Work Cards (we can help arrange training if needed) * A drivers license and access to a car * Welding certificates (PED) What We Offer: * Competitive salary starting 15€/hour in line with the collective agreement, with room for negotiation based on your skills * All necessary tools and equipment * Help obtaining required training and certifications * Reliable employment with a respected operator in the welding and industry sector Sound Like You?
