Lead warehouse and logistics projects across Europe from concept through implementation and go-live.Take ownership of project scope, timelines, resources, risks and KPIs.Plan and coordinate new warehouse implementations, optimization and automation projects.Work closely with operations, IT, procurement, brands and external logistics partners to align requirements and drive solutions.Lead tenders and support the selection and implementation of logistics service providers and warehouse technologies.Coordinate system integration, testing and go-live activities, including UAT and SIT.Prepare project updates and steering committees, clearly communicating progress, risks and key decisions to senior stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement and capture learnings from projects to support future warehouse implementations across Europe.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing and/or project management
solid knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, WMS or WCS is a plus
willingness to travel regularly
fluency in English
