We are seeking a committed and motivated early childhood educator for the Kilteri Day Care Centre in Vantaa to cover a parental leave period from 10 August 2026 to 31 December 2026. The job is a three-shift position at an around-the-clock day care. Work at a 24/7 daycare is engaging, meaningful and impactful. Kilteri Day Care Centre employs 32 early childhood education professionals. Our work community is relaxed and positive. The daycare is located in Myyrmäki, Vantaa, with accessible transport links. It has modern, single-level spaces, including a large gym, an atelier and a natural science room. Job details: Eligibility: Childcare worker under the Act on Early Childhood Education and Care; Finnish language proficiency is required (spoken and written). Experience in shift work in early childhood education is a plus. Salary: 2610.95–2684.59 EUR/month. Experience-based allowances: 3–8%. Conditions follow the Municipal General Collective Agreement (KVTES). Required certificates: criminal background check and, if requested, substance test; TB clearance for staff working with under-school-age children.
