Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a committed and motivated early childhood educator for the Kilteri Day Care Centre in Vantaa to cover a parental leave period from 10 August 2026 to 31 December 2026. The job is a three-shift position at an around-the-clock day care. Work at a 24/7 daycare is engaging, meaningful and impactful. Job details: Eligibility: Childcare worker under the Act on Early Childhood Education and Care; Finnish language proficiency is required (spoken and written). Experience in shift work in early childhood education is a plus. Salary: 2610.95–2684.59 EUR/month. Experience-based allowances: 3–8%. Conditions follow the Municipal General Collective Agreement (KVTES). Required certificates: criminal background check and, if requested, substance test; TB clearance for staff working with under-school-age children.
