Childcare Worker

This vacancy is for a full-time temporary position at Kilterin Daycare in Vantaa, Finland. The caregiver will work in an around-the-clock daycare with three-shift work, supporting children through diverse pedagogical activities, small-group pedagogy, and inclusive, respectful interactions. The team consists of 32 early childhood education staff; the daycare features modern facilities, a large gym, a workshop space, and nature exploration rooms. The role requires Finnish language skills and a valid child care qualification as per Varhaiskasvatuslains provisions; prior shift-work experience in early childhood education is appreciated. The contract runs from 1 Sept 2026 or per agreement to 31 Dec 2026. Salary is 2610.95–2684.59 EUR per month, with 3–8% experience allowance.
