g2 Recruitment are looking for a Junior Health & Safety Advisor to join a major construction project in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for someone with existing construction HSE experience who is looking to further develop their career on a large-scale project. The successful candidate will support the implementation of health and safety standards across site, working closely with project teams and contractors to promote safe working practices and maintain compliance. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a Health & Safety role within construction. Valid VCA Certificate or SCC Certificate for on site work in Netherlands. Experience or exposure to RAMS and H&S documentation. Strong understanding of construction health and safety practices. Relevant HSE qualifications and training. Key Responsibilities: Support site inspections, audits, and safety observations. Assist with RAMS reviews and compliance monitoring. Maintain H&S registers and project documentation. Support incident investigations and corrective actions. Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks. Data Centre experience desirable, although candidates from other large-scale construction or infrastructure projects will be considered. Contract Details: 6 - 12 month contract. Start date: ASAP Accommodation available. Travel can be self-managed or supported every 4 weeks.
