
Position Summary While the system is monitored in a Central Control Room (CCR) via an FMCS, the Shift Operations Technician will be dispatched to the field to investigate as first responders. The technician will operate electrical equipment such as VFDs, UPSs, Diesel Generators, and more. Basic preventative maintenance on distribution equipment. Responsibilities include routine 6S inspections, troubleshooting, safety and quality activities, coaching juniors, and establishing plant operation guidelines. On-site work in cleanrooms and high-noise environments. Must complete QEW training and participate in safety initiatives. Requires extensive electrical experience and NEC knowledge. Base salary is hourly; full benefits package.
