Join Eficode, an Atlassian Platinum partner, and lead your clients in their ITSM and DevOps transformations as an Atlassian Consultant. In this role, you will translate business requirements into technical excellence to help organizations unlock their full potential. As an Atlassian Consultant at Eficode, you are more than a technical expert; you are a strategic partner to our clients. You will design and steer high-impact solutions across the Atlassian ecosystem, specializing in JSM for Enterprise Service Management, complex Cloud migrations, and Agile-at-scale. This role is a hands-on blend of technical engineering and high-level consulting, where you bridge the gap between business requirements and technical excellence to help organizations become truly software-driven. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced specialists and have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a flexible, supportive, and growth-oriented environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Your main responsibilities as our Atlassian Consultant will include (but won’t be limited to): Work closely with customers providing expert guidance on Atlassian product implementations and customizations Use your skills to tailor solutions for Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and other Atlassian products Lead and/or participate in complex implementations of Atlassian Solutions in large and mid-sized organizations Collaborate with a team of experienced Atlassian specialists to solve customer challenges and drive best practices Support and implement best-in-class solutions Who we are looking for: Experience as a consultant related to the Atlassian Platform or other technical solutions such as ServiceNow and GitLab. Understanding of ITIL practices or experience from ITSM organizations. Understanding of Agile practices or ways of working. Understanding of related tools (for instance GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket or others) and the enterprise tooling landscape as a whole. A problem-solving mindset and a desire to continuously learn and keep up to date with the development of the Atlassian platform. German (fluent) and English (Business fluent in speaking and writing). It would be an added bonus if you have: Certifications, accreditations or badges for Atlassian, AWS, Cloud. Experience in project management and related certifications, e.g. Prince2. Understanding of the software development lifecycle. Additional languages would be nice to have e.g. French is beneficial. Experience in platforms that Eficode’s doing consulting in - GitLab, GitHub. Degree in Business, Computer Science or other relevant areas would be nice to have. About you: The type of person we’re looking for: Is passionate about technology and hands-on problem solving.
