Electronic Assembly Worker

We are seeking an electronics assembly worker for Mariachi Oy for a full-time position through Eilakaisla. The position is temporary, expected to last until the end of 2026, with potential for extension or permanent placement at the client company depending on the situation. You will play a key role in assembling electronic devices, with daily tasks including circuit board programming and testing, mechanical assembly, device testing, reporting, quality control, as well as packing and shipping. You will be part of a close-knit, skilled production team that values open communication and smooth collaboration. Work is in a single shift. We expect you to have a precise and meticulous work approach, good manual dexterity, and the ability to follow work instructions and quality requirements exactly. Since the work instructions are in Finnish, fluent Finnish is essential. The role suits you if you enjoy repetitive tasks and have basic proficiency with Office programs. We value a flexible and cooperative attitude. Knowledge of electronic components, soldering skills, and related education or prior experience in similar tasks are considered an advantage. We offer a full-time daytime job from 08:00 to 16:00, with flexible hours and a time bank after orientation. Salary is by agreement, taking into account your previous experience and skills. In addition, you’ll have access to Eilakaisla’s extensive occupational health services at Mehiläinen from day one.
