Responsibilities
- Drive the smooth development of items for local supply and identify feasible, cost-effective development methods.
- Provide on-time estimates leveraging production capabilities and initiate product re-engineering.
- Drive development speed improvements through the Enterprise Lean System (ELS) approach.
- Manage counter sample approvals, RBO updates, and resolve product development queries.
- Develop new products and expand customer opportunities while assisting in product pricing.
