Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher for the Lystilä day care’s group for children under 3. Working hours vary on weekdays from 6:00 to 17:10. The group also includes a social pedagogue and a nursery nurse. The unit employs multiple teachers and staff, and several fixed-term developer-teachers are planned. Start date negotiable. Salary is 3129.46–3234.53 EUR/month for qualified preschool teachers; additional 15 EUR/month for prerequired preschool qualification; 37.88 EUR/month for a master in education; experience-based pay increases of 3–8%. The job involves a six-month probationary period and normal full-time hours (38 h 15 min/week) with some evening/night shifts paid as cash compensation.
