Responsibilities

Lead the program and coordinate schedule, risks, resources and budget with project managers
Coordinate parallel projects to ensure smooth progress
Own customer satisfaction and ensure deliveries meet expectations
Lead stakeholder collaboration and support customer decisions and change management
Oversee resource planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking
Lead governance group activities, reporting, decisions and escalations
Ensure successful progression from testing to deployment and handover
