A strong, purpose-driven opportunity to help build a new unit for adults with developmental disabilities and autism. The Vihti Validia House is a new 18-bed unit designed to meet the needs of clients requiring meaningful support, with a focus on a good life, safe everyday routines, and a rehabilitative approach. The role involves working as part of an multidisciplinary team, providing daily care, guidance and rehabilitation-focused everyday activities; supporting clients’ participation, functional ability and well‑being according to their individual needs. You will perform guiding and care work, collaborate with clients’ families and other networks, and shape the unit’s operating practices together with the new team. The job is a three-shift operation.
