Oma Hämeen tukipalvelut Oy offers a variety of temporary positions in cleaning, bed, and food services at several of our locations. Positions are available at the new Assi Hospital in Hämeenlinna, Riihimäki Hospital, as well as in residential and elderly care units in Forssa region (Jokioinen, Tammela, Ypäjä), Hausjärvi, Loppi, Janakkala-Hattula area, and Riihimäki. We are looking for proactive and responsible individuals to cover various temporary roles. Work shifts include mornings, evenings, and nights, on weekdays and weekends. Our work centers around the customer. We ensure that the facilities are clean for our clients' living and health, and for staff to work efficiently. We also ensure that our clients receive their meals on time. Meals structure our workday both in nursing homes and residential units. We schedule cleaning tasks to fit within the work shifts. At Assi Hospital, we transport clients within the building for various examinations. We have implemented centralized bed linen services, where some beds are cleaned in washing machines and others manually. In the same work station, we also clean assistive devices used by clients. For daily floor cleaning, we use combination machines. Additionally, robotic combination machines and robot vacuums assist with larger floor areas. Previous experience in cleaning is not required; we will provide thorough training for your tasks and commit to offering work for the agreed period. We expect you to be proactive, meticulous, and willing to serve customers politely. Finnish language skills are required for typical customer service situations. You must have vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act §48 and a tuberculosis clearance according to §55. A hygiene passport is an advantage. The basic salary is €2,309.25 per month. Based on your work experience, there may be an opportunity for a experience-based supplement. The trial period is up to half of the employment duration. You will receive a work uniform from us, but you must have your own safe work footwear. We will make a written employment contract with you, following the terms of the YTES agreement.
