Key Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sciences or Finance; Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech Forecasting, Analytics, Strategic Planning and/or Finance; Demonstrated forecasting experience; Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools; Highly motivated, thought partnership & entrepreneurial mindset; Strong understanding of: Pharmaceutical product development processes; US & European market & payer dynamics; Epidemiology and patient treatment algorithms; Analysis and triangulation of data to generate insights; Preferred: Oncology experience, AI tools for forecasting, BD forecasting, Market Research, strong communicator; Additional Information: Apply by August 30th, 2026; Approved medical examination with drug testing; Orion’s R&D and Innovative Medicines division overview; Global presence Espoo, Turku, Cambridge, Nottingham, USA.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sciences or Finance
