Preschool Teacher

The job is to work as a preschool teacher at Tiedonjyvän päiväkoti in Vantaa. The classroom hosts one group of children, with a focus on creating a calm, playful, and safe learning culture. You will be part of a three-educator team, listening to the wishes of the children’s group. The role emphasizes sensitive practice and appreciation of families, and involves contributing to a warm, playful environment based on a non-pressure learning atmosphere. The workplace is part of ProVaka (positive group learning in early childhood education) and we expect an enthusiastic approach to develop positive pedagogy. Employment is permanent with a starting date as agreed. Salary: 3129.71–3234 EUR/month, with added allowances for qualifications and master’s degree. A six-month probation applies.
