We are looking for a morning-people to join our team as a Service Supervisor for cleaning tasks in the Oulu area. The position is a permanent part-time role with morning shifts in customer sites in central Oulu, Intiö and Tuira. A personal car is needed to move between sites; for those who travel without a car, shorter shifts are available, suitable for studies or extra work. The role includes various cleaning duties in office environments, such as sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash and sorting waste. We expect applicants to be proactive, responsible and precise, with the ability to drive and have a driving license for moving tasks (not mandatory but enables extra hours). Fluency in Finnish and/or English is required. Prior cleaning experience is advantageous but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important. Pay follows the facilities services collective agreement, pay group 2. Work hours are full details provided: permanent, part-time, with morning shifts Monday to Friday; start as early as 06:00 in some sites and finishing by 09:00 in others. For drivers, there are 35.4 hours/week during the spring-summer period (April–October) and 29.8 hours/week otherwise, with shifts at sites available in short blocks.
