How you will make an impact At Arla, the line between business and technology is shifting. Teams that used to define requirements are now building solutions. Developers are moving closer to the domain. AI is compressing the distance between idea and working product. That is exciting and it creates a real risk. Without strong architectural thinking and engineering discipline at the center, speed becomes noise and innovation becomes debt. As Senior AI Solution Architect in Consumer Intelligence, you will lead the AI solution architecture landscape, ensuring that AI solutions are built on strong foundations. Furthermore you will Own solution design from idea to decision, shaping early concepts into clear, buildable technical direction and owning requirements, backlog, and architectural decisions across initiatives. Lead close to the work, not above it. Engage hands-on in solution design alongside teams, shaping direction in real time and making great architecture something people want rather than something imposed on them. Drive rapid prototyping and PoCs to explore and validate ideas fast, from Copilot-based interactions to AI-driven insights and agent-based concepts. Ensure engineering standards are in place and fit for purpose, covering CI/CD, cloud services, security, and data governance, recognising that AI makes it easier to build but not automatically easier to build well. Evolve what good architecture looks like in an AI-first landscape, shaping new standards rather than just preserving old ones. Act as a trusted voice for the Head of Product and business stakeholders, shaping direction, cutting through complexity, and helping prioritise where AI creates real value. What will make you successful You are close enough to the work to shape it and technically credible enough to challenge it. You know that moving fast and building right are not opposites, and you hold that standard for yourself and the teams around you. The ideal candidate brings Strong experience designing AI-powered solutions, including LLM-based applications and agent-based architectures, with a track record of taking concepts into production through teams, not just into design documents. Solution architecture expertise spanning end-to-end design across applications, integrations, data flows, and data pipelines for AI use. A solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals including CI/CD, cloud services, security, and data governance, and the conviction to ensure these standards hold even when AI tooling makes it tempting to skip them. The ability to motivate and enable teams, making good practice feel like an accelerator rather than a constraint, and growing technical maturity through presence and example rather than authority. Experience in agile product teams with strong communication skills and the ability to influence and coach at senior level.
