Practical Nurse

On-call nurse work with the elderly at Attendo Valkeinen, Suonenjoki – We are here for you! Every resident deserves to be met as themselves and live a full life. As an Attendo employee, you are an important part of this task. As an on-call worker, you can work when it suits you best. On-call work is flexible and your colleagues are tough care professionals. You can choose how many shifts you do – this allows you to fit the work alongside another job, studies, or family leave. Through on-call work, opportunities for longer substitutions or permanent employment at Attendo may open up. Work is 2- or 3-shift work and we can agree on the start date with you. What will you be doing? - Basic nursing care for residents - Medication (practical nurses) - Implementing a meaningful everyday life, for example through outdoor activities and other activities We have 31 resident places. Our care home is divided into 2 group homes, Onni and Toivo. What do we hope for from you? - Degree/studies in social and health care (e.g., practical nurse or care assistant degree or student) - Vaccination protection as intended by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect customers and patients throughout the employment relationship - Hygiene passport - Fluent Finnish language skills - We check the criminal record extract in employment relationships longer than 3 months - Sote professional card (practical nurses) What do we offer you? - We walk beside you: Your supervisor is not far away, but present in everyday life – supporting you.
