Early childhood education teacher

We are seeking a positive, collaborative early childhood education teacher for YES Daycare (bilingual – English and Finnish) in Vantaa. The role involves active participation in children’s activities as a pedagogical guide and a safe, supportive adult. The unit operates with an IB candidate status; we emphasise safe, warm interactions, play and child participation. The daycare has eight groups and all staff are professionals in their field. Working language is English, but Finnish and English are used in daily work. The candidate should have strong Finnish and English language skills. The position is permanent with a start date to be agreed. Employment terms follow the Municipal Education Personnel Collective Agreement. Salary is 3129.71–3234 EUR per month, with additional allowances for certain degrees. Required qualifications: Varhaiskasvatuksen opettaja; good Finnish and English.
