Servica is one of the largest employers in Northern Savo. Whether you are an experienced professional or taking your first steps in the field, you will join a community of 1,750 colleagues. Servica runs the ESR+-funded Multi-form Work Environments project, whose aim is to provide opportunities for people with challenges such as limited language skills, neuropsychological challenges (ADHD, ADD, Asperger, learning difficulties, etc.), mental health challenges, or intellectual disabilities. The project will tailor tasks to each person's limits and, as far as possible, map Servica work placements and tasks where the person could be employed despite limitations. There are no positions automatically available; there must be a need to hire a part-time or full-time employee in the unit. We handle applications when we know of an open task suitable for a fit candidate. Please tell us about yourself and what kind of work and tasks you are interested in. Also indicate which town you would like to work in (we operate across Pohjois-Savo). We will contact you if we have additional questions about your application or if we would like to discuss a specific task. Our owners are North Savo welfare-region and Kuopio city. We also have other owners including municipalities and group entities in Eastern Finland. We operate as an in-house company of our owners. Our services include meal services, cleaning and equipment maintenance, building technology and maintenance of properties, and logistics.
