Kilatia Technologies Oy is seeking a software developer to strengthen its technology expertise within the Kilatia group. The candidate should have at least two years of practical software development experience and be prepared to take responsibility for their own work. The role involves working as part of the Kilatia group and contributing to the development of technology solutions in a practical manner. You will design, implement and develop software solutions, solve technical problems and advance development tasks independently, and collaborate with other parts of the organization. You will influence practical implementations and how technology is used within the Kilatia group. You will implement new modules from the frontend to the database, covering both frontend and backend work. You will also work with AI agents: plan the implementation, guide the agent, and critically review the outcome. Technologies you will work with include TypeScript (frontend and backend), Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind; Backend: Bun, Hono, TypeScript; Database: PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM; Tools: AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code) as part of daily work. Requirements include at least two years of coding/programming experience, ability to work independently and take responsibility for agreed components, problem solving, initiative and willingness to complete tasks, good collaboration and communication skills, desire to learn and develop, fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript and web application development, basic understanding of relational databases, SQL and Git version control, experience with AI-assisted development and the ability to critically evaluate when an agent’s suggestion is not acceptable. Requirements
- At least two years of practical software development experience.
