Product Manager

Ramudden offers comprehensive solutions for temporary traffic arrangements in road works, construction sites, rail projects and other critical infrastructure projects—from planning and permits to rental, sales and implementation. Safety, service orientation and continuous development are at the core of our operations. As the Product Manager for digital and technical products you will be responsible for developing the business, product and service portfolio and service models. The role combines product management, business development and specialist duties. You will work actively with customers, sales, the operational organisation, suppliers and group experts. Your responsibilities include a diverse range of traffic management and safety solutions such as warning systems, traffic lights, displays and calculators. The primary workplace is located in the Helsinki area, but supporting a nationwide sales and service network will require travelling. Your tasks include: developing the business, services and product portfolio for digital and technical products; productising products and services, pricing and portfolio management; developing installation, maintenance and monitoring services and related service models; monitoring market, technology and competitor developments and identifying new business opportunities; collaborating with suppliers, customers, authorities and internal stakeholders; training and supporting sales and the operational organization in selling, implementing and using the products; acting as product expert and promoting common ways of working across the organisation. We expect: experience in product management and technical solution sales; understanding of digital solutions, technical products and service business; experience in productising, pricing and service model development; ability to identify market opportunities and translate ideas into practice; willingness to support installers and customers in the field; strong collaboration and stakeholder skills; willingness to train and support the organisation on product matters; fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish language skills are an asset.
