Job Description
We are looking for an experienced TIG welder for Stera Technologies Oy in Tammela. The role involves manufacturing various metal products using TIG welding methods. Materials include aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steels, and acid-resistant steel, with opportunities for laser welding. Work is performed in two shifts from Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours through a time bank system. The employment follows the industrial sector collective agreement. The position offers full-time, permanent employment with interesting and diverse welding tasks in a friendly, clean production environment. Training will be provided, and the team is experienced and approachable. The initial contract is with Eilakaisla, with a possibility to transfer directly to Stera Technologies Oy later. Requirements include previous TIG welding experience, especially with aluminum and stainless steel. The ideal candidate is careful, quality-conscious, proactive, diligent, and interested in producing high-quality solutions.
