Property Information Management Specialist

We are now looking for a Property Information Management Specialist to join us in Tampere. In this role, you will provide digital property information management services to our clients, prepare maintenance plans and reports in systems such as Granlund Manager, Haahtela and Buildercom, and coordinate maintenance plans and property maintenance manuals. You will also review documentation in design documents and, when needed, manage documentation for our clients’ projects. You will stay in contact with clients and take part in customer acquisition. You will work with ongoing clients such as municipalities, cities, care service properties and public-sector organisations. Your future team has five property maintenance specialists whose roles focus on both expert work and sales. Everyone in the team performs similar tasks to the person we are looking for. Your colleagues will introduce you to the role and support you in your work. No one is left on their own here: we work seriously, but with a cheerful spirit. Your experience, previous evidence of success in similar tasks and how well your potential matches what we are looking for will affect your salary level. Could you be the person we are looking for? You are in the final stages of your studies or have recently graduated (university of applied sciences/master’s in engineering). Your studies have a focus that supports property-sector work, for example HVAC, electrical or energy engineering, property management or energy management. Broad experience using property information systems, an understanding of property management processes and property maintenance are considered advantages. Experience with modern AI tools will also be useful, and practical work experience in construction or design will help you in this role. You are proactive, precise and efficient in your work. You have good communication and teamwork skills and are interested in knowledge work. The role also involves leading meetings, so confident presentation skills are an advantage.
