Responsibilities

Be the daily contact for partner sales teams and customers and drive sales performance in the region
Engage with sellers and customers to foster close, trusting collaboration
Support sellers in sales conversations and accompany them to successful closures
Set and monitor regional sales goals with dealers
Utilize agricultural background and technical understanding to advise customers and ensure sales success
Provide market condition insights to regional lead and coordinate product demonstrations

Requirements

Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills
Closing capability and motivation to work with distributors and customers
Agricultural background and region-specific knowledge
Willingness to travel regularly within the territory
Good English proficiency; German may be advantageous
