Kompare Finance acts as a corporate financing broker, enabling our client companies to access the best solutions as an independent operator with a transparent and trustworthy approach for both clients and partners. We are now seeking an additional finance manager to lead new business acquisition for our large-client segment (2–20 million EUR in turnover). We value prior success in advisory sales; experience in finance, insurance or other relevant industries is beneficial but not required. The main tool is the phone, though some negotiations take place via Meet or Teams. Written communication via email is also essential. Success as a finance manager requires proactivity, goal-orientation, perseverance and ambition. Our office is located by the Aura River in the historic Talousseura house. We offer remote work two days per week.
