A Finnish-speaking cook is sought for Snowhotel Family’s restaurants at Lehtojärvi and Joulupukin Pajakylä, with the Snow Igloos and Arctic Snow Hotel. You will help create traditional Finnish dishes for guest meals and buffets; work is in a unique winter setting with glass igloos and hotels as backdrops. The role involves joining an international team, preparing plates, and contributing to a memorable dining experience for visitors. Employment is full-time during the winter season (about 112.5 hours per 3-week period) from November to March, with part-time options based on availability. Employment terms follow the hospitality and restaurant collective agreement. Accommodation is provided at Lehtojärvi or Rovaniemi if needed. Responsibilities include preparing dishes for multiple locations and collaborating with colleagues to deliver quality service. We welcome applicants with experience or training in serving, English language skills, hygiene certification (Hygieniapassi) or willingness to obtain it at start, and a positive proactive work attitude and teamwork.
