A versatile builder for main or supplementary work and clean interior tasks. We are seeking multi-skilled workers for small repair, maintenance and renovation tasks in homes and commercial spaces. We expect craftsmanship and sufficient Finnish language ability along with experience required by consumer clients in tasks such as flooring installation, skirting, wall painting, install of built-in furniture, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and gypsum partition walls. We do not expect master-level expertise; what matters is understanding quality goals and ability to coordinate work directly with the client. The role can be part-time, evening or weekend work as well. Pay is formed from hourly rates for contracts and additional work; average pay is about 18 €/h depending on efficiency.
