In this role you will combine electrical expertise with practical property upkeep, including electrical maintenance, servicing and repairs for electrical installations, monitoring and adjustments of building automation and general maintenance work, and outdoor area upkeep. The work locations are mainly in Inari and Ivalo, with occasional work across Lapland. Working hours are Monday–Friday 7:00–15:00, plus a roughly one-week on-call every 6–7 weeks, requiring 24/7 readiness with a competitive on-call compensation. The position is permanent and starts as soon as possible. Pay is at least the pay grade 9 under the Property Services collective agreement (17.22 €/h) plus allowances for overtime and education-based increases where applicable.
