Planner

Temporary planner position within the Helsinki City’s Administration and Support Services, supporting the Personnel and Administration section of Talpa. The role involves close collaboration with the head of Personnel and Administration, the CEO, and various experts, contributing to leadership support, internal process development, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include administrative preparation and support tasks (e.g., preparing council meeting materials and decisions), coordinating facilities-related matters, contributing to internal development projects, internal communications, and improving support services. The role requires an applicable polytechnic degree (e.g., tradenomi), municipal administration experience, and strong Finnish language skills. The position emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, independence, solution orientation, and good organizational ability.
