Attendo Ruukki opened its doors on April 1, 2026, and is now looking for a team lead - You will participate in developing operations and practices and creating team spirit. Attendo Ruukki is a 60-bed home for the elderly in Raseborg. It is easily accessible by walking about 15 minutes from the railway station and bus stop. Maintaining shift schedules and organizing daily tasks; Leading and participating in weekly team meetings; Organizing and assisting in updates of RAI assessments and care and resource plans; Participating in agreed care meetings with relatives together with primary nurses; Ensuring the implementation of the self-monitoring plan and medication plan and collaborating with doctors; Monitoring the orientation of new employees; Supporting employees in various life and work situations; Acting as the right hand of the Attendo home manager; Resident well-being is most important to us, so the position also includes resident care work. The position is full-time and valid until further notice. Work is done on weekday mornings and the start date can be agreed upon. What do we require from you? Nursing degree; Vaccination protection as referred to in Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect clients and patients throughout the employment relationship; Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment; Finnish language skills and fluent oral Swedish skills (residents and relatives are mainly Swedish-speaking); Criminal record extract for employment lasting over three months (when working with minors, elderly and disabled); Sote professional card (certification card). You work excellently as a team member, but are also capable of independent decisions and can act as professional support for practical nurses. The salary class for the position is G23D and the salary range for the position is 2723.92-2969.00€ plus a 500€ team lead position supplement.
