About the role

Join Pigment: The AI Platform Redefining Business Planning... We are seeking a Learning Operations Manager to help scale Pigment's customer, partner, and certification education ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of learning technology, education operations, certification programs, and partner enablement. You will own the operational foundation that enables customers and partners to successfully learn, certify, and grow their expertise on Pigment. You will serve as the primary administrator for our learning technology ecosystem, including our LMS and supporting learning tools, with success measured by program adoption, certification growth, learner engagement, and ecosystem development.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and operational workflows
  • Experience supporting customer education, partner education, enablement, certification, or talent development initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
  • Fluent English
