Entering Enteractive means working in an innovative, business-driven and highly collaborative team environment. You’ll design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. You will build messaging systems and background services, write clean Python code, participate in architectural discussions, and stay up to date with Python technologies. The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and high performance software. Requirements include at least 3 years of hands-on software development experience, backend/API proficiency, Python expertise, familiarity with Docker, and English communication skills. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services
- Build and integrate messaging systems and asynchronous workflows
- Write clean, reusable Python code
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to architecture and product development
- Stay up to date with Python technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-performance software
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience, primarily focused on backend development
- Strong understanding of software development principles and backend/API development, including REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and background jobs
- Proficiency in Python and experience with at least one modern backend framework, familiarity with messaging systems, distributed caching systems and relational databases
- Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker is considered a strong advantage
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, or integrating machine learning models and AI-powered services into applications is considered a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
