We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-learn salespeople for a permanent position to join our motivating work community. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you will be truly instrumental in helping secure people’s homes, providing peace of mind in their daily lives and, in the best cases, saving lives. The demand for home security services continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses Finland’s most highly regarded service-based alarm system. Our customers’ Trustpilot rating is an impressive 4.8/5, underscoring satisfied clients. Your workday, in brief: You work mainly weekdays from 13:00 to 21:00 and can work either full-time or part-time, i.e., three consecutive full workdays. The day starts with your team at our sales office, where you train on sales steps under a supervisor and set daily goals. You visit residential areas usually with your supervisor and independently contact residents to arrange visits to their homes. You meet dozens of new people daily; the work is active and in motion, with over 10,000 steps per day. You sit with customers at their homes, discuss how our service can protect their everyday life, and your role focuses on understanding customers’ needs and offering suitable solutions; installation is handled by a separate team. In the evening you regroup with your team to review the day and share learnings. What skills will you develop as a salesperson? Confidence, negotiation skills and the ability to face different people—skills valuable in all areas of life. Every customer interaction is a chance to grow; days are varied with challenges and successes that make you a better seller. The right attitude matters: initiative, courage, and willingness to meet challenges carry you far. Empty-handoviding marketing speak aside, frontline work is essential. How we support your success: Training and coaching: thorough onboarding and ongoing coaching, daily sales drills and supervision support your development. Sector Way Academy offers a five-stage sales training program taking you toward becoming a top salesperson. Team spirit and ongoing support: though your work is independent, you are not alone; a collaborative culture and active chat make success moments shareable, and your supervisor will guide you toward ambitious goals. Career opportunities: growth opportunities are real here; many salespeople advance to sales management in under a year, and in 2025 half of our sales leadership roles were filled internally. Even if your path doesn’t continue here, you gain valuable experience for any career. Competitions and rewards: we celebrate success with sales contests and challenges; top performers can earn memorable training trips abroad. Our sales team competes in a good-natured, supportive environment. What we offer you: Salary flexibility: a pay model where your earnings reflect your activity and success; earnings include commission per sale plus monthly bonuses. Our best salespeople earn over €6,000 per month; the average salesperson earns around €2,200. This year’s top monthly earnings reached €10,250. Well-being and benefits: we provide occupational health care with Terveystalo, lunch benefit, and sport/culture allowances. We value your well-being beyond working hours. Team culture and events: a lively group with shared ambitions; annual sector awards, summer parties and our own events. See our everyday life on Instagram and TikTok. Employee referral: many say Sector Alarm is the best workplace, supported by a high employee satisfaction in our surveys. What we require from you: at least 18 years old; excellent Finnish; clean criminal record. What we expect: a can-do attitude—proactive, brave, motivated; strong interpersonal skills; goal-oriented; willingness to learn; teamwork; competitive spirit; reliable weekday hours 13:00–21:00; either full-time or part-time as three consecutive days per week.
