Exam Supervisor

We are seeking an exam supervisor for Brusaby in Kimito for the period 1 September 2026 to 31 July 2027. The position is a fixed-term substitute and full-time employment. Your duties include continuously supervising basic degree students during their studies and responsibility for the preparation and follow-up of the student’s personal development plan for competence (PUK). You will maintain contact with guardians and be the student’s closest contact at school. You will teach in the sub-area Skills in study and career planning. You will work closely with teachers and special educators regarding students’ studies. You also have an important role in promoting all Axxell programs and act as a link to guidance counselors in various schools and organizations. Your place of posting is Kimito (Brusaby). The instruction language is Swedish and partly Finnish. The requirement for the position follows the act on eligibility conditions for personnel in education (986/1998). This means a suitable university degree and 3 years of industry experience. If no suitable candidate exists, an unqualified person may be chosen for a fixed time.
