In this role you will be at the heart of electrical and maintenance work at a power plant in Järvenpää, in a central location with a good team. The client operates a power plant where automation, electrical engineering, and mechanical maintenance come together. The work is varied, with维修 issues, preventive maintenance, improvement projects, and collaboration with the client and the team. Your responsibilities include maintaining electrical systems and equipment, performing both practical installations and fault isolation, and ensuring safe operation and compliance with safety guidelines. You will work with the maintenance team, production, and the client, and you will contribute improvement proposals to enhance equipment performance and availability. What we expect from you: For Electrician role: electrical field education (e.g. electrician or equivalent), at least 5 years of experience in industrial electrical or maintenance work, ability to read electrical diagrams and apply them in practice. For Maintenance Technician role: technical education with at least 5 years of experience in industrial mechanical or maintenance work, willingness to work in a power-plant environment and to follow safety instructions, fluent Finnish and adequate English, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
