ISS recruits skilled technicians to ensure that critical facilities operate smoothly, from data centers to factories and hospitals. ISS employs nearly 1,000 technical professionals spanning from installers to various building services specialists and managers. We are now seeking capable IV (ventilation) and LV (mechanical) installers for the Helsinki metropolitan area. The role is based in Helsinki, with duties at client sites around the capital region. Shifts may include day and night work, with flexibility required for rotating hours. As an IV installer you will handle ventilation repair work, duct installations and maintenance of IV machines. As an LV installer you will handle maintenance, installation and repair of building LV systems. Please indicate in the application which task you are primarily interested in. This is a full-time, permanent position starting by agreement.

Responsibilities
- Perform ventilation repair work and duct installations; maintain IV machinery as an IV installer
- Maintain, install and repair building LV systems as an LV installer
- Work at client sites around the Helsinki metropolitan area; shifts may include evenings or weekends; flexible for rotating schedules
- Indicate preferred role in the application
- Collaborate with teammates and clients to ensure smooth operation of facilities
Requirements
- High school level vocational qualification in building services with a focus on ventilation or piping installation
- At least 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance and service in HVAC/LVI
- Driver's licence B and access to own car
- Fluency in Finnish
- Good IT skills; proficient with electronic maintenance logs and other digital systems related to work
- Safety and hot-work certificates (työturvallisuus- ja tulityökortit)
- Proactive and precise work style with problem-solving ability
- Commitment to safe working practices; safety as ISS way of working
- Excellent service attitude and ability to organise work with customer and team
- Clean criminal background; successful security clearance (as required by law)
