Unit Manager

In the role of Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the unit in Lappeenranta and act as a frontline supervisor for store staff, maintenance, and project managers. You will work closely with customers and other service, sales, and project units of the company. Success in this role requires the ability to see the big picture and have a vision for market directions, as well as practical skills to drive change forward. We expect you to have several years of experience in demanding supervisory roles and the ability to lead by example and coach your staff to enable success and full potential. Developing motivates you, and you see new things as exciting. You are entrepreneurial-minded and interested in sales and customers. Results are important to you, but not at the expense of everything else. You can communicate fluently in Finnish and English, even though we mainly operate in Finnish. Experience in the field is considered an advantage but is not essential for success.
