We are looking for entrepreneurial people for Builder Circle – InnoFinland Lahti ry. Note: This is not paid work or an employment relationship, but a way to build something of your own in cooperation with others. It is a path towards co-ownership. InnoFinland Lahti ry is building the Builder Circle network for people interested in entrepreneurship and building new businesses. We bring together a network and business cases around it, and seek future leaders and co-owners for those cases. You can help identify interesting business opportunities and build something new around them in a guided, practical way. You do not need to have your own business idea or a finished plan. Areas in which we build: - AI solutions. - Industry and automation. - Online business. What do we expect from you? - Relevant work experience or expertise, for example in commercial or technical work or education. - An entrepreneurial attitude. - Interest in building new businesses. - Willingness to learn how to build something new. What do we offer you? - Access to real business cases. - The support of an existing business and sales organisation. - Technology and AI development, as well as resources for testing concepts. - A network, guidance, and peer support from other builders. - The opportunity to become a co-owner when a case takes off. This is not for you if you are looking for paid work, permanent employment, or a ready-made job description. Here, the role takes shape through future cases. We are also not looking for independent sole entrepreneurs; the aim is primarily to bring people in as co-owners of shared businesses. The activity is particularly suitable for part-time participation alongside your current job or studies, and also for people changing careers.
