What you will do: Manage and further develop UPM’s enterprise risk management practices. Analyze material risks, exposures and dependencies, including their potential financial impacts. Prepare scenarios, sensitivity analyses and risk financing analyses to support business decisions. Develop risk data, dashboards, reporting and analytical tools. Manage and develop UPM’s global insurance programs and support insurance, captive and risk financing decisions. Manage underwriting data and insurance-related documentation and play a leading role in insurance claims management. Provide clear conclusions and recommendations for senior management and continuously improve risk management methods and practices. Who you are: You have a Master’s degree or another relevant university degree. You have several years of experience in enterprise risk management, insurance, finance, business analysis, consulting, audit, risk modelling, data analytics or a related field. You have strong numerical, analytical and modelling skills and are comfortable working with complex business, financial and risk data. You can translate complex information into clear analysis and recommendations for senior management. You work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across a matrix organization. You have excellent presentation and communication skills. You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, and are willing to travel when needed. Experience in a multinational industrial or capital-intensive environment, insurance or risk financing, or tools such as Power BI and ServiceNow is considered an advantage.
