Senior HR Business Partner for Samsung Ads Product & Engineering. This role partners with HR Centers of Excellence and the broader HR organization to drive people initiatives for the Ads Product and Engineering team, covering employee engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, and employee relations. The HRBP will guide the people strategy for the client group, provide data-driven insights, coach leadership on talent management, support cyclical HR programs, ensure HR data integrity, and maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management. Responsibilities include aligning business goals with People policies, guiding career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation and benefits, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development. The role requires Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant HR experience, with PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Expertise in HR disciplines, stakeholder management, change management, and experience with organizational design and integration are expected. The salary range is $165,000–$185,000 annually.
