Sales Administrator

Restyling Point is a company specialised in protecting cars and properties. Over the past three years we have protected more than 4,568 cars and 312 properties. Our work is based on clear operating procedures, written quality standards and high-quality customer service. We are now seeking a sales-oriented administrator to ensure that customers, schedules, work orders and daily activities stay organized. In this role you will be a key contact between customers, installers and the rest of the team. You will oversee the customer service journey from first contact to handing over a finished car and ensure agreed actions progress on time. Prior experience in car protection or wrapping is not required; we will train you in our services, methods and required skills. Responsibilities include: Customer service – respond to customer inquiries and keep them informed about progress; receive customer and car and hand over a finished car; review work with the customer; ensure the customer understands what happens next. Sales – identify customer needs and propose suitable services; prepare quotes and convert agreed services into orders; perform upselling as part of normal customer service; utilise existing sales framework, onboarding and support. Administration and coordination – keep orders and schedules organized; coordinate ordering and tracking of materials; coordinate installers and subcontractors’ schedules; ensure installers have necessary information and materials; maintain the workspace daily operations; manage company social media channels; participate in quality checks of completed work using clear checklists during onboarding. The role requires a B driving license, fluent Finnish and good English. What does success look like? Customers get timely answers, work orders contain needed details, installers know what to do and when, materials are available, and finished cars are handed over as agreed. The role emphasizes overall control, prioritization, initiative and good teamwork. You will not work alone but as part of a team and in cooperation with management. Performance will be tracked with clear, transparent objectives and metrics so you know what is expected and how success is measured. What we offer?
