Get to Know Our Design Team: The Design team is a diverse group of product designers and researchers that help to build Agoda’s products from our home office in Bangkok. At Agoda, we offer a range of travel products – including accommodations, flights, and activities – and are building the next generation of travel experiences to help customers plan and book their entire trip. Join our design team to shape how users engage with recommendations, making them personalized, contextual, and relevant. As a Product Designer L2 /Senior Product Designer, Trip Marketing, you’ll lead the design of cross-sell and recommendation across all of our user touchpoints. You’ll partner closely with engineers, user researchers, and product managers to design interactions that feel human, helpful, and seamless. This is a hands-on role where you’ll set UX strategy, drive complex design initiatives, and ensure our experiences are intuitive, scalable, and grounded in user needs. Experience Requirements & Role Expectations: 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred. Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces, and independently deliver pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions. You sweat the details and care deeply about craft. You are highly experienced in UI design, with deep knowledge of design patterns and a creative approach to solving problems through user interfaces. Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights to inform design decisions. Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery. You’ll set the design vision, define the user experience, and ensure high-quality execution. Partner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap. You’ll use data, research, and business context to inform your design decisions, always balancing user needs with business goals. Has experience of managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines. A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions showcasing beautiful, user-centered web and mobile product design. Day to day, it looks like: Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback Present your work to peers and leadership, async and in-person Take part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings Think and write about your process and detailing your decisions Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features Be a strategic leader with a vision in how to implement experiences that represent the most customer-centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology.
