We are looking for a RENOVATION CARPENTER for our client in the Oulu area. You will perform a variety of repair, remodeling and construction duties in an apartment building setting. Responsibilities include demolition, frame building, plastering, boarding, installing doors and casings, patching and repair work, and other carpentry tasks related to interior changes. Requirements include prior experience in remodeling or renovation construction, ability to read construction drawings, and the capacity to work independently in varied tasks. A careful approach and solid foundational knowledge of the construction trades are required. Additionally valued: good ability to read construction drawings and work instructions, command of common construction tools, precise and tidy workmanship, proactive and responsible work attitude, problem-solving on site, and good collaboration with other site professionals. We offer professional handling of employment matters with 30 years of experience, potential for long-term employment, diverse tasks, and appropriate workwear and equipment. Working hours are weekdays 7:00–15:30, estimated duration 3–6 months. We provide at least a pay according to collective agreement; compensation additionally reflects skills, expertise and experience.
