We are looking for a childcare worker for Håkansböle day care in Vanda. You will join the pedagogical team and collaborate with multiprofessional professionals. The unit emphasises language and communication, play and well-being, and participates in ProSmå project to strengthen socio-emotional skills and positive interactions. The new day care Silva will replace the current Håkansböle and is planned to open autumn 2027 with modern facilities supporting pedagogical work, collaboration and sustainable everyday life. You will contribute to an inclusive operating culture across the unit, provide children with security, care and support daily, be part of the pedagogical team and work with various multiprofessional actors. You should be able to cooperate in a team, communicate safely and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and respond to each child’s individual needs.
