Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a Floor Supervisor for New Yorker store in Espoo, at Sello. The role involves coordinating with store management according to the New Yorker concept, joint responsibility for sales, revenue and inventory, daily store operations in the absence of a supervisor, assisting management with sales administration and key financial indicators, supporting development, training and motivation, performing all store tasks, and collaborating with other departments in a team-oriented New Yorker environment. The ideal candidate has secondary education and preferably higher education in management, economics, and/or fashion and trade, at least one year of experience in retail with strong sales skills, experience in sales and personnel administration and personnel leadership is a plus, strong leadership skills, clear communication, proactive, autonomous and organized, committed and team-oriented, adaptable with good stress tolerance and enjoyment of a fast-paced environment, fashion awareness and preferably experience in the fashion industry, good Finnish and English language skills, German is a plus, and good Excel skills.
