We are seeking a Sales Manager for Timberg Bygg & Renovering to be responsible for new business development, building new customer relationships, and sales. This role works closely with leadership and influences growth. Timberg Bygg & Renovering is a construction and renovation company in Mustasaari that delivers projects from foundations to finishing touches and serves both private companies and public sector actors across Finland. Your responsibilities include driving growth by creating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and leading the sales effort for housing-related projects and services in Finland and Sweden. You will also contribute to developing business models with the company leadership. Requirements include previous experience in new business development and sales, valuing experience in construction (foreman/master or similar) and construction sales, ability to understand project totals and customer needs, proactive and goal-oriented work style, willingness to travel in Finland and Sweden, fluent Finnish and Swedish, valid B-driver’s license and access to a car.
