The small group size enables lots of activities and daily experiences, which you can mostly decide yourself. We provide the framework for activities, but you retain the freedom to run your day as you wish. In addition to the freedom of work, the income from the job is approximately 3600 EUR per month when you have four children in care, with seven weeks of vacation per year. The job is conducted as a franchising entrepreneur within the Kultapalat chain. Do not fear the word entrepreneur—everything has been thought through for you. You do not need any business knowledge, as long as you approach early childhood education with passion and get along well with our team.
