Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a special education teacher in early childhood education to join the Vanda Swedish Service area, working at Håkansböle Daycare, Västersundom Preschool and Trollebo Daycare. The unit follows the vision We grow, play and learn together for a sustainable future, fostering a positive, inclusive and sustainable service culture with the child’s best in focus. The role involves acting as an expert in early childhood support, guiding the units in planning, development and evaluation of child support processes, and tailoring support to the groups. You will collaborate closely with the daycare director, early childhood teachers and multidisciplinary teams. You will need strong skills to consult and coach staff and guardians, and occasionally co-teach with the groups. You will be part of the unit leadership group and help develop an inclusive operating culture. The workplaces sit at Galoppbrinken 5, Vanda; Hetbackavägen 3, Vanda; Vidjegränden 2, Vanda. The plan is to move to new facilities at Hästhagsvägen 17, 01200, Vanda in 2027–2028 to the Silva daycare. Employment type is permanent with a six-month trial period, full-time, 38 h 15 min per week. Salary is 3 593,84 EUR/month with possible add-ons based on prior experience.
