Saamelaisalueen koulutuskeskus (SAKK) is seeking a capable and development-oriented Production Manager to reinforce our operations at Njallan, the new production facility. The role combines operational leadership with teaching support and regional economic development responsibilities. The Production Manager will initiate operations, supervise, and oversee daily planning, smooth operations, and continuous improvement of the production facility and its teaching slaughterhouse. The job includes operational leadership, aligning teaching and production, quality management, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes 55% project coordination duties in an EU-funded training project related to reindeer meat processing and further processing. The project lead will be responsible for planning, executing, coordinating, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
